Job Description

Objectives:

Our client is seeking a highly qualified Saudi national to join their team as an HR Director. The HR Director will lead the Human Resources department, developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices. This role will oversee employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and benefits. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of Saudi labor laws, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.

 

Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Promote a positive workplace culture by fostering effective communication and addressing employee concerns.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Performance Management: Establish performance appraisal systems, and manage employee evaluations and feedback.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Design and oversee competitive compensation packages, benefits, and reward programs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations, including Saudization requirements.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
  • HR Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the HR team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring they are up-to-date and reflect best practices.

Skills

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Certification: HR-related certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Nationality: Saudi national (required by company policy).

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in HR, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
