Job Overview:
The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier candidates. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to talent acquisition, as well as a deep understanding of the specific requirements and preferences of the clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to understand specific requirements for each position.
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to actively source high-quality candidates.
- Conduct talent mapping exercises to identify potential candidates and market trends for specific industries or roles.
- Set interviews for the Recruitment Manager with the potential candidates.
- Assist in writing the Candidates CV summary report.
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants to ensure a cohesive and efficient resourcing strategy. Support all consultants in their accounts management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate database in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
