Sourcing Specialist

Job Overview: 

The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier candidates. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to talent acquisition, as well as a deep understanding of the specific requirements and preferences of the clients. 

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to understand specific requirements for each position. 
• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to actively source high-quality candidates. 
• Conduct talent mapping exercises to identify potential candidates and market trends for specific industries or roles. 
• Set interviews for the Recruitment Manager with the potential candidates. 
• Assist in writing the Candidates CV summary report. 
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants to ensure a cohesive and efficient resourcing strategy. Support all consultants in their accounts management.  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate database in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 
• 1 – 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition. 
• Experience in a recruitment firm is a plus. 
• In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, industry trends, and best practices. 
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
