Objectives:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven 360 Recruiter to join our team. The 360 Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing qualified candidates to maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for a wide range of job openings across multiple industries.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and proactive headhunting, to identify and attract top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive job descriptions and recruitment strategies that align with their business objectives.
- Effectively negotiate and communicate job offers, managing the candidate's expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices to enhance your effectiveness as a 360 Recruiter.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and ensure efficient recruitment processes.
- Generate new business opportunities by actively seeking and engaging potential clients.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience as a 360 Recruiter.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top talent using various recruitment methods and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple job openings and client requirements simultaneously.
- Previous experience in sales or business development, particularly in the recruitment industry.
- Knowledge of diverse industries and job sectors, with a proven ability to adapt to different hiring needs.
